Most people use ChatGPT like Google — one-line questions. The prompts below are structured, reusable, and each one saves 15+ minutes when you'd otherwise start from scratch.

Email & communication

1. Reply to a long email

> "Here's an email I received: [paste]. Draft a reply that acknowledges their points, agrees on X, pushes back politely on Y, and confirms a next step. Keep it under 120 words."

2. Say no politely

> "Rewrite this refusal to sound warm but firm, no over-apologizing: [paste draft]."

3. Turn bullet points into a professional email
